Shipping policy
We ship worldwide although sadly we have suspended shipping to the US because the tariffs are causing problems for us and our customers. The fees payable at the border are large and often our customer rejects the parcel rather than accept and pay the fees. This means we then have the parcel returned to us at our expense.
We will keep you updated once we find a way to supply all our wonderful US customers

Ireland € 6.50 (allow 3 working days)
United Kingdom - please go to labougie.co.uk as we do not ship to the United Kingdom from labougie.com
Europe Zone 1 €15.95 for up to 7kg (allow 5 working days)
(Belguim, France, Germany, Italy and Luxembourg
The rest of Europe €18.95 for up to 7kg (allow 5 working days)
USA and Canada €24.95 for up to 3kg (allow 10 working days) (see above)
The Rest of the World €29.95 for up to 3kg. (allow 10 working days)
We will endeavor to ship within 2 days of your order being placed. Please note that during our busiest times including Black Friday and the run up to Christmas, dispatch and shipping may take longer. Dispatch times can be 1-5 days.
Our shipping partner is UPS and we will email you a tracking number at dispatch. Any delivery problems must be reported within 48 hours.
Whilst we do everything we can to ensure customs clearance of your parcel, we advise that you check with your local customs before importing anything into your country that may be stopped or have charges applied. La Bougie will not be liable for charges in the case of your shipment being stopped, charged for or disposed of at customs.
We will not ship without a telephone number added with the order. This enables our Courier Service to contact the receiver and could save a parcel being held in a depot needlessly. All orders require a signature upon delivery. We will take all reasonable care to deliver to the address given. However we will not be liable for non-delivery or delivery mistakes as a result of incorrect data entry.
